Dear Friends and Colleagues,    This new header represents a shift in the focus and direction of my work. Increasingly I feel compelled to speak and teach about how we can persevere and do good work as Warriors for the Human Spirit. I draw great strength and clarity from the red rock canyons of southern Utah, so they appear here and in the design of my new website.
