Chögyal Namkhai Norbu for the first time taught a terma sadhana from Nyagla Pema Duddul at Tara Mandala called Dugkarmo. She is a thousand-headed thousand-armed manifestation of the Great Mother Dharmakaya. Very powerful for removing obstacles. At his suggestion, Tara Mandala is creating a formal relationship with his organization Dzogchen Community called "Dam Trog" which means Samaya Fellowship, where the organizations function independently but have a close association and transmission ties and exchanges of teachers and teachings. Further announcements and articles forthcoming in the Mirror.

Tara Mandala is an international Vajrayana Buddhist community with its home base in Pagosa Springs at 7,500 feet altitude in Southwest Colorado.  It is guided by Lama Tsultrim Allione, author of Women of Wisdom and Feeding Your DemonsLama Tsultrim has studied Tibetan Buddhism under traditional teachers for more than 45 years, including Chögyal Namkhai Norbu
whom she met in 1976. She is considered one of the foremost Buddhist teachers in the West
