June Millington: Another 30th Anniversary Performance Preview

This summer Tsegyalgar East will offer a variety of events that both celebrate our presence In the Pioneer Valley as well as the Teachings brought to us by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu over the past three decades.

Local artist, June Millington represents the progressive spirit of our region through her life's dedication to empower girls and women in the music industry. Her all girl band, Fanny was the first break through rock band to become a commercial success in the the early 1970's. We are honored that she will perform during our celebration.

Today June Millington continues her work through the IMA (Institute for the Musical Arts) in Goshen, Massachusetts where each summer she and her partner, Ann Hackler, run rock and roll performing and recording programs for girls and young women.
