About the Workshop:
A deepening and
follow up to previous introductory level workshop, including the workshop
recently sponsored by SSI USA in Conway on July 23 and 24, 2016. We will review
all the material from the previous workshop and go more deeply into the 9
purification breathings and three preliminary series. We also hope to start to
work with Yantras of the First Group and the Vajra Wave. Ideally it is best if
someone has had some previous training in Yantra Yoga, but through the review
process, new people can learn. Everyone is welcome!
About the
Instructor:
Naomi Zeitz was born and raised in the
USA. She has studied and practiced Yantra Yoga since 1987, when she met
Professor Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. Naomi was initially authorized by Chögyal
Namkhai Norbu to teach Yantra Yoga at the first level in 2008, and then at
the second level in 2010. She has taught the methods of Yantra Yoga and
Harmonious Breathing all over the world.
